This masterplan project, won in competition, is located within the St. Mary Street Conservation Area, and is just a stone’s throw away from the Millennium stadium. The Brewery comprises many buildings of Merit, including a Grade II Listed building, which is considered to possess heritage value.
In 2001 the redundant buildings were demolished in readiness for the new development.
The total floor area, 78,473 sq ft, of the scheme provides two floors of pubs and eateries, some located inside the old brewery vaults, all situated around a new piazza.  Above are four further floors, comprising 44 one, two and three bedroom apartments.  Some are designed within the older buildings, offering purchasers the opportunity to experience true loft type apartments; the remainder are located in part of the new build element of the development.  Finally two office buildings complete this development.
