The 197 bedroom luxury hotel is built within the façade and structure of the former Prudential Assurance Building (1947) in the heart of Cardiff. Two additional floors were created at roof level where the Presidential Suite and Executive Lounge are located.
The focal point to the plan is a seven storey atrium which is topped with a glass roof providing the access to the largest ballroom in the capital.
