This multi award winning development of 101 new homes was completed in 2011. The scheme comprises of 86 apartments, 15 mews and terrace houses located on a narrow riverfront site within the Old Town Dock area of Newport, South Wales. Sustainability was the key driver in our competition winning scheme, not just environmentally, but in terms of the creation of a successful community. It was a pilot project for the Welsh Government, and obtained its objective of a Level 5 rating under the Code for Sustainable Homes and represents 20% of all Code 5 and 6 schemes in the UK.
