Powell Dobson are pleased to announce that we are the sponsors of the 2016 bursary partnership with Glamorgan Cricket and Cricket Wales.  Established in 1966, we are celebrating 50 years in business and wanted to mark this landmark year. Last Friday 22nd July, we presented our first bursary place to a young boy from Cardiff at the T20 game Glamorgan vs Somerset.

We will provide a block of five one-to-one training sessions with qualified cricket coaches at The SSE Swalec, home of Glamorgan Cricket for ten promising youngsters. The goal of the bursary if to gift this opportunity to individuals who may otherwise be unable to take advantage of such training for a variety of reasons.  The core mission of Glamorgan Cricket is to 'make Wales proud' and the Powell Dobson bursary supports this goal by helping to develop young Welsh cricket talent who may become the future of the club.

As the goal of the scheme is to reach those young people who may not be discovered by the traditional club route, please find attached an entry form should you wish to propose a beneficiary.
